At Four Storey House Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect print, we're here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to our error, we'll send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

How to Report an Issue

To report a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us with your order number
  • Include clear photos of the damaged item or incorrect product
  • Describe the issue in detail

What We'll Do

Once we receive your report, we'll:

  • Review your case within 1-2 business days
  • Send a replacement item or provide a full refund
  • Cover all shipping costs for replacements

Print Quality Standards

All our products are printed to order using high-quality materials. Minor variations in colour due to different monitor settings are normal and not considered defects.
